In this section most of the recipes are for authentic Gujarati and Kathiawari dishes. These are tried and tested recipes. We have tried to simplify and standardized the ingredients and the method of cooking to suit younger as well as elder members.

ROTLI - ROTLA – PRATHA - PURI - BOILED RICE ETC.
We have not given recipes or the method of preparation for these items. This is because it is very difficult to explain them in writing. It is our suggestion that these items are simple to make and must be learnt practically from those who can teach you.

VAGHAR (TEMPERING)
Vaghar is very important element of Gujarati and Khatiwari cooking. No shaak and several other dishes can be prepared properly without giving a good Vaghar. It is fairy simple to prepare, but very difficult ot explain it as a recipi. We would strongly advise you to learn the techinque practically from those who can teach you.
